Barbara Gail grew up in Florida as the oldest of five children and an athlete all throughout her childhood. She received a bachelor’s degree in health science with a concentration in Biological Medicine, pre-med, from the University of South Florida. While in school, she worked as a full-time medic until 2020 when she transitioned out of clinical work and into recruiting. Since joining the recruiting team at Integritas, Barbara Gail has combined her passion for healthcare with her passion for helping people by matching providers with roles that make the most sense for them and their family. She feels very lucky to be a part of a physician-owned and led company that prioritizes the well-being of our providers to ensure high quality patient care. Outside of work, Barbara Gail is extremely active in multiple sports and weightlifting, and tries to be outside as much as possible. She takes her dog with her everywhere that she can, and enjoys spending her time with family and friends.
