Job Title: Deaconess Illinois-Crossroads Hospital Site Coordinator

Location: Deaconess Illinois-Crossroads Hospital (Mt. Vernon, Illinois)

Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (no weekends)

Salary Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour / depending on life, work, and educational experience

 

Position Overview: The Site Coordinator supports the Regional Manager by working part-time at a client facility. The Site Coordinator maintains healthy relationships with the on-site staff and providers, serves as a liaison for Integritas to the client staff and to the Integritas providers, and supports the providers as needed. This position rounds on patients, manages data entry and reports, and assists the Regional Manager as needed.

Experience and Skills Needed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Medical/clinical experience (preferred)

 

Key Responsibilities:

Census & Reporting:

  • Run daily hospitalist and ER census reports, upload to CRM, and monitor discharges.
  • Track inpatient census and generate monthly/weekly reports for ER throughput and transfers.
  • Review PowerBi reports for data accuracy.

Billing Management:

    • Complete daily billing logs, process incomplete chart requests, and notify providers of pending tasks.
    • Serve as liaison between billing company and client, ensuring reports are processed and exported.
    • Review billing portal and address any chart holds.

Communication:

    • Attend daily Bed & Safety Huddles and check in with providers and nurses regarding patient needs.
    • Communicate with the regional manager, hospital coders, HIM, and funeral homes as needed.
    • Relay important updates to provider teams and ensure CRM is updated.

Administrative Support:

    • Answer phones, check faxes, handle mail, and order supplies.
    • Assist Regional Managers with data collection and maintain site-specific SOPs.
    • Ensure CRM contacts and account information are current.

Onboarding/Offboarding:

    • Support Regional Manager with onboarding new providers (IT access, badges) and offboarding processes.

Team Participation:

    • Attend daily operations meetings, provide location updates, and participate in coaching sessions and special events.
