Census/CRM/Power BI 

  • Run the Hospitalist census daily and ensure the provider has a copy. 
  • Run ER census reports for assigned locations/hospitals daily.   
  • Upload census reports into the Teams file for the Client Relations Coordinator to track in the CRM. 
  • Stay current with inpatient census and track swing beds if applicable. 
  • Check daily hospitalist discharges to make sure no notes or orders are missing and are ordered by 11 a.m. Keep a log of all discharges after 11 a.m. and enter into the CRM. 
  • Run monthly reports, including the ER throughput and hospitalist transfers and discharge reports. 
  • Pull weekly transfers/imports into Excel for the ED and Hospitalist Medical Directors review. 
  • Review site-specific Power BI reports to identify and address data entry errors daily. 
  • Assist with census and ER reports at other locations/hospitals as needed.  


  • Complete billing logs for all departments Integritas bills daily.  
  • Receive and process incomplete chart requests from the billing company.  
  • Notify providers of any charts they must complete so the billing company/hospital can process payment.   
  • Daily review of the billing company portal. Input any requested medical record findings into the portal for the billing company.  
  • Serve as the liaison between billing company and client.  
  • Run and receive demographics reports and edit, as necessary.  
  • Ensure automated reports are generated and exported to the billing company daily.  
  • Attend the recurring call with the billing company.   
  • Communicate with CDA team to ensure ED chart holds in the billing partner portal are reviewed daily.   


  • Attend morning Bed & Safety Huddle meetings or interdisciplinary rounds as applicable.  
  • Check in with providers daily for their needs, patient needs, etc.  
  • Check in with nurses daily to verify patient needs, issues for the provider, etc.  
  • Patient surveys – Round on every patient who is verbal/consenting and non-isolation. Follow the patient survey SOP.   
  • Communicate with the regional manager when/if issues arise with a provider or patient.   
  • Communicate with hospital coders and medical records as needed.  
  • Communicate with providers and HIM on provider deficiencies.   
  • Communicate with funeral homes and providers as needed to get death certificates signed and sent to the state.  
  • Communicate client and provider changes and updates to the Regional Manager for the CRM.  
  • Meet with the Patient Access Supervisor when/if registration issues arise.   
  • Relay important hospital information to provider teams.  
  • Communicate the status of work to the Regional Manager daily in addition to updating the task checklist daily.  


  • Answer phones professionally and direct calls to appropriate people/departments.  
  • Check faxes in a timely manner.  
  • Collect Integritas/provider mail from the facility and send it to the Carbondale office to process.  
  • Order needed supplies through the Business Administrative Assistant.  
  • Assist Regional Managers with data collection.  
  • Communicate changes of staff and facilities to the Regional Manager to ensure site-specific CRM contacts and accounts information are current.  
  • Create and maintain site-specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for client account metric entries, billing processes, and EMR reports.   

Onboarding for New Providers  

  • Support Regional Manager with onboarding a new user before provider orientation as needed – IT (Information Technology) access, facility badge, etc.  
  • Assist with offboarding operations as needed.  


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) 
  • Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively 
  • Able to organize and plan well 
  • Able to build effective relationships with leadership, management, medical providers, and nursing staff 
  • Able to manage time effectively 
  • Able to learn quickly and self-motivate
