Dave Hilgers

Dave Hilgers began his professional career in finance and in 2008 decided that finance was not his long-term calling. In 2012, he obtained his Registered Nurse license and worked clinically until joining Integritas in 2022.

He has worked clinically in a variety of hospital departments with his last few years spent in Nursing Supervision. Mr. Hilgers’ background in finance and clinical experience provides him with a unique perspective on issues facing healthcare.

Mr. Hilgers lives in Centralia, Illinois with his wife and three daughters. In his free time, Mr. Hilgers enjoys attending his daughters’ sporting events and playing golf.
