Medical Directorship - Emergency Medicine

Conveniently located about 2 hours outside of Chicago, IL! As the ER Medical Director at Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and operational efficiency in the ED. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a significant impact on patient outcomes and experiences.


  • Annual Volume: Approximately 10,000 patients

  • EMR: EPIC

  • Hospital Capacity: 25 beds, including a 13-bed Emergency Department

  • Shifts Available:

  • 12 / 24-hour shifts, offering flexibility

  • Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options available


Requirements:

  • All specialties with relative ER Experience accepted

  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois

  • DEA, CSL

  • ACLS, ATLS, PALS (AHA)

  • Proficiency in emergency procedures and interventions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Pay/Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package (5-7 shifts per month-$374k-$500k+ per year -1099)

  • Paid Malpractice

  • License/ certification reimbursements for FT Providers

  • Medical Directorship Stipend (+$48k per year - W2)
