Megan James

Megan James is the Human Resources Manager for Integritas. Supporting Dr. Dan’s philosophies and principles, she is passionate about hiring people who are motivated to bring their skills, ambition, knowledge, and heart to our team. She leads the HR team with an eye towards decisions to inspire our providers and administrative staff and provide them with the tools to do their best work, while ensuring their employment experience promotes their personal, physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing. Megan recognizes the value added to the continued growth and success of our company when meeting the needs of staff first.

Megan is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale and holds a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Avid health enthusiasts, Megan and her husband enjoy traveling and attending Saluki sporting events. Free time events include relaxing with their families and their four-legged fur child, Tyson.
