I know that we all have huge lists of training modules to complete for the hospital, or Illinois, or boards. I apologize that this comes at a time when there are many things you are juggling.

If you work at Crossroads or Union, the hospitals need to see continued improvement in patient experience scores. I sent an email earlier this month, and this is your reminder to get the PatientSet course completed.

I really enjoyed the videos and the lessons. The material is great and I walked away with some notes to improve my own patient interactions.
